Vinisol COOH


Vinisol COOH is a vinyl chloride, vinyl acetate and mono-butyl maleate terpolymer resin.

Vinisol COOH is used in applications that require excellent solubility and funcionality of the carboxyl group. Carboxylic groups in the polymer are acid and react to form a strong ionic bonds with many metallic substrates.

Vinisol COOH films show an excellent adhesion to metal parts, including aluminum, steel and galvanized iron.

APPLICATIONS:

  • Adhesive for blister-type packaging for pharmaceutical and food products;
  • Printing inks for packaging;
  • Printing inks for metal parts and primers for metals;
  • Adhesives for staples;
  • Adhesives for cables;
  • Adhesives for beverage bottle lids and food packages, etc.
